Recent Customers

Harris Federation

Moxton worked with the Harris Federation for over 14 months during 2021/22. During this time we undertook an extensive review of the ICT across the Federation – focussing on the commercial aspects and VfM. We subsequently carried out 3 procurements in parallel. An outsource of the implementation of ICT along with MIS provision and Reprographics across the Trust.

STAR Academies Trust

We have worked with Star Academies over a number of years. Starting with the contracting of their ICT supplier for connectivity, moving onto the development of an ICT Strategy and 365 design for the Star Institute, 8 months project management support for ICT implementation at new build schools and then the procurement of a Trust wide MFD supplier and Trust wide ICT delivery partner

Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust

ODBST have been a customer of Moxton since late 2020. Throughout the period of COVID we worked with the schools and Trust to deliver a full integrated ICT network across the schools and Trust – from review, commercial model, technical design, project management overview, sign off, MIS and communications procurements. We are about to start an MFD procurement. Staff can now move easily between locations and collaborate using M365 in a safe and secure environment.

Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust

OHC&AT is the largest SEN only Trust in the country. Moxton have worked with the Trust for the last 12 months to define the new network and operational model, carefully plan the transition and then go through twin procurement exercises for Managed Service and project delivery along with communications and security. Delivery of this project is set for later in 2023

Learning Academy Partnership

Our work with LAP started just before COVID with a full review of all schools. Technically, commercially and operationally. Since then we have supported the Trust to completely transform their ICT with new resilient communications, a full managed service across the schools, a full refresh and move to the cloud along with MIS, Payroll and HR procurements. We continue to work as an advisor to the Trust and have now supported the integration of 5 new schools to the standard network design.

Keystone Academy Trust

Moxton worked with Keystone over a concentrated 18 month period. During this time the ICT was transformed across the trust and its schools from separate ‘ICT islands’ across rural Lincolnshire into a fit for purpose integrated and refreshed network across the schools and Trust. This also included a move to a cloud environment along with Managed Service, communications and MFD provision all to a set of standards defined by the Trust wide Standard Network Design
